Both are different so there can be no comparison. Computer Science can get you career in Technology, Systems, Software, etc. while as a CA, you can work in audit firms, banks, financial companies, etc.
One of the best approaches while deciding on your subjects/ stream is to opt for or look at doing something that you are good at and would enjoy keeping in mind your personality, aptitude, ability, strengths and career goals.
