Hi,
Both the countries you mentioned offers quality education at Masters level.The duration of MS course in UK is 1 year in contrast the duration of Masters course in US is 2 years.
Universities in US require 16 years of education for admission in MS program where as universities in UK require 15 years of education.
Universities in UK do not require GRE score, where as universities in US require GRE score.
An average tuition fee of a US university is about US$ 30,000 per-year and average fees at UK universities is around 15,000 pounds per-year.The tuition fee and living expense might be more or less depending on the university and location
