Pursuing a Dual Degree program in an university is allowed by UGC and they have revised their norms. So you are permissible.
But you can one from IGNOU and the other from your accessible university through distance learning as exams would be feasible for you and complete your course.

Hi Anurag, Mtech degree and specialisation is always very valuable. It depends on the college from which you do the M Tech and on the stream. If you do it from IITs then you will get a very good package more than 6-7 lacs per annum. Also after M tech you can go for PhD to enhance your technical skills.
