There are various universities which are good for electronics engineering in UK :- Cambridge university , University College London, University of Strathclyde, University of Southampton, Imperial College London, University of Sheffield, Heriot-WattUniversity , University of Reading etc.

Hi,
Please find below the requirements for the masters in electrical engineering program at Arizona State University:
1) GRE: Recommended score 1200+
2) TOEFL: Atleast 90+
3) Percentage in undergrad: Atleast 75% and above(If percentage is less than 75% but above 60, you are still eligible to apply, however, you would have to score very well in the GRE to compensate for your low percentage)
