With a 4 years diploma in Shipbuilding engineering, you can look for the courses in institute which would offer Naval Architecture.
Very few institutes offer this course as in a B.E/ B.Tech Degree, like the following:
IIT Kharagpur,
IIT Chennai,
Kochi University of Science and Technology
College of Engineering, Andhra University.

The basic eligibility to pursue this course is a 12th pass with Science stream including Maths as a subject studied . But then you would have to apply for a lateral B.tech course where in your diploma would be utilized.
Other than going ahead to study another graduate level course, you can take up a job and gain certain experience in the related field and then may look to upgrade your knowledge.

1) GRE: Eligible score 1100+(recommended score 1250+)
2) TOEFL: Minimum score of 79.
3) Percentage in undergrad: Atleast 75% and above(If percentage is less than 75% but above 60, you are still eligible to apply, however, you would have to score very well in the GRE to compensate for your low percentage)

The CS exam is a three stage exam divided into _Preleminary exam which is objective type and roughly ten times the candidates as per the vacanices are called for the second stage exam Mains which is descriptive type carrying 2000 marks and finally the interview of shortlisted candidates carrying 300 marks. The final merit list is prepared on the basis of total 2300 marks (2000 for Mains + 300 fr Interviews). Any leading book publisher in your area should be having the relevant books and study material required for preparing for the Civil Services. Further, it is the main text books of your Optional that are the most important for studying for the optional papers. If you still find it difficult to have adequate study material, try the option of enrolling for coaching through correspondence from some reputed Coaching Centers such as Brilliants. However, do keep in mind that there is no substitute for a planned, systemic preparation spanning 1-2 years for this prestigious exam. Also keep on applying for other exams such as PO exam conducted by various banks and RBI etc. so as to have a good practice and feel of the competitive exams.

for MBA in canada you need to have 4yr of bachelors.if you have 3 yrs of bachelors then there are couple of universities available like Saskatchwan, Royal Road University, Vancuver Island University.the fees will be approx.CAD $ 25.000. for the scholarships dey give afetr first semister you have to apply in for that.also look in for RRU as it is 1yr course with 6 months of co-op it being in British Columbia u can straight away file in for PR after completing ur degree.it comes under PNP ( provinsinal Nominee Program) .
