As per your experience i'd suggest you to opt for Marketing and if you want to choose any other field you choose it as well.
If could restrict your criteria I can help you choose colleges. but you haven't mentioned anything like city, state. so at this point i'd suggest you only for IIMs.

HI,have many course related journalism such that diploma,Bachelor degree,Post Graduation and also certificate etc.Every college or institute are provide different eligibility for different course such that:if you are doing any diploma ,then have eligible any graduation must for this course and duration 1 year .If you are doing any bachelor degree,then have only 12 pass with 50% and duration 3 years .If you are want to do Certificate course,then have eligible any graduation and duration 6 month.If you are doing any post graduation,then have eligible graduation and duration 1-2 years.

If you are asking us what topice, that means you are not clear in what are you are interested in doing research. It is better you can apply for MRes. research , it is one year research degree which will lead you to PhD. By doing this your PhD will be reduced to two years. Normally all PhD programme you cna get funding if you prove your capability.

There are various universities in UK which best for Business studies like:- London School of Economics, Imperial College, University of Bath, King's College London, University of Strathclyde, City University, Glasgow University etc.
In order to apply for the program you have to be very good in academics.
