Almost all Canadian Business Schools require 16 years of undergraduate education which means four years of education after High School/Junior College. Most business schools in Canada require a minimum GPA of 3.0 - 3.5 (More than 70%).TOEFL-It is a fairly simple exam for most students who have studied in English medium throughut. The minimum scores required for most universities range from 550 to 600 on the paper based TOEFL and 213 to 250 on the computer based TOEFL.

Fees payment can be done either by cash/ cheque/ on the same date.
This confirms the enrollment procedure. Students are informed about their commencement date of course personality.
Procedure 2: “Register-ONLINE” schedule
Prospective students can get information regarding their choice of programme either by calling up personally our counselor or on the website
Students can then fill up the application online and submit the same.
Fees can be paid by cheque/ D.D favoring Manduda Educational Trust along with the online application.
This confirms the enrollment procedure through online. Students are informed about their commencement date of course personally.

Xavier Aptitute Test
To get admission to XLRI, candidates have to appear for XAT 2012.
To register for XAT, candidates have to fill the XAT Form that is available online at xatonline.net.in. Once the candidate logs on to this site, a full set of instructions will appear. The candidate can obtain his/her ID and password by following these instructions. This ID and password are to be indicated for all the future correspondence with the XAT Office, Jamshedpur.
Application to XLRI
The application form to apply for XLRI is available only online at xlri.edu from 27 September 2011. The candidate has to first register for XAT and use the XAT ID and password to apply to XLRI. Once the candidate logs on to this site, a full set of instructions will appear guiding the candidates to register for admission to XLRI.
For HRM/BM: NRI/PIO/Foreign candidates can apply either through XAT or by GMAT score for the test taken GMAT between January 2009 and 31 December 2011 should register online for applying to XLRI. For online registration visit xlri.edu.

As you have mentioned that, your financial condition is not good, so it would be advisable for you to work for certain number of years after completing your B.Tech, and after that you may opt to study further in US, please remember it may cost around 30,000 US $ to pursue MS in USA, and with the present economic situation it would be even more expensive.
Companies like TCS, Wipro etc recruits freshers, if you full fill all the eligibility criteria to required for a particular job, then getting a good job should not be a problem.
Getting scholarships is very competitive, as every year many students across the globe apply for it, universities selects the best candidate for scholarships.
So at the moment you can concentrate on your studies, try to get good marks and job.
