MCITP is basically a job related certification, that it will help you to get a good job once you are certified, but for pursuing higher studies in any field you need to have related and relevant undergraduate degree, that will help you to understand the subjects better.

Hi Siva, Not to worry, you can look for other options in Finance Industry. I may suggest you to continue working till the time you get something handy in your kitty. Drop your resumes in all possible Financial companies. Keep track of the vacancies. It would take time but 100% efforts would definitely get you huge success.
