With a Law degree, there are hardly any similarities with the Bachelor's degree in the Bio Informatics field. If you are sure of changing your current education field only then you should opt to pursue a Law degree i.e. LLB, for which the minimum education requirement is a Bachelors from a recognized University.
Law has great career options available and with a lot of career scope as well. If you are able to pursue a degree from a reputed institute, then you can expect a head on job opportunities depending on your field of specializations that one chooses to pursue the law course. With just a LL.B degree, you would be able to achieve a Bachelors level, but to enhance your opportunities and growth, you opt to go ahead with the Masters i.e LLM.
As for the difference is concerned, as already mentioned the law stream is entirely different from the Bio Informatics and it would be entirely a separate career to opt as well. There can be no comparisons in terms of any advantages or disadvantages.

German Universities combine research and study and have been the scene of many groundbreaking discoveries and are internationally renowned. Arguably the only country in the World where completion of study programs is smoothly followed by paid internship in top Multinational companies, leading to full-time jobs eventually. German companies are interested in attracting well-trained graduates from abroad. And in many cases, these former students continue working for the company as a foreign spokesperson once they return home. Regarding this fact pursuing MBA from germany is not a bad deal. On the other hand Germany is basically famous for engineering program so choose field in which you are interested most.
For MBA you need to give GMAT, TOEFL and for MS GRE and TOEFL is required along with good bachelors degree.
