In UK/ Europe you can try in these universities for MS in Power plant engineering :- Cranfield University UK, University of Srathclyde Uk, Munich University of Technology Germany etc.In order to take admission you must have a good bachelors degree in the relevant field also IELTS/ TOEFL is required to proof your English proficiency .
