Frankly speaking any course done through a distance mode is less valuable as compared to a regular course as in the former there is no such transparency of the course and also the quality suffers. But then if you are highly inclined to pursue creative writing, which is a short duration course(Diploma and Advanced diploma), Symbiosis is a good institute and well recognized as well, so you can definitely see this a good option among the institutes offering this course through the distance mode, although there are hardly any institutes to offer this course through distance mode.

You should always choose a course which prepares you best for the industry.
