The most important thing which you should keep in mind is that while choosing a candidate the companies look at the over all personality of a candidate, which includes his/her educational background, performance on the program and how he uses the knowledge earned at the time of interview and afterwards. Although, you have not mentioned anything about your educational background, but depending on your own capabilities you definitely can get a job after a regular PGDM program even if you wouldnt have opted for MBA. But as you have already opted for an MBA there is no harm completing it and getting a degree.

My suggestion is make urself prepare in such a way that u can be opt anywhere. Industry wants practically sound professionals and our degree provides theoretical based knowledge. Govt. Sector do prefer for Degree only. Now it is up to u what will be better for u. Just keep one thing in mind that TIME IS PRECIOUS. Whatever u do keep time factor in ur mind as well. for fu
