You may either opt for a Masters or a Full Time MBA program. If you want to shift your career to the management side, you should opt for MBA(You will require work experience to pursue MBA) whereas if you want to stick to the technical front, you should opt for a MS course. If you are looking for jobs, the placements as well as payscale will be higher in MBA.
It totally depends on your whether you want to pursue this course in India or Abroad. If you are looking for networking and international exposure, then USA is the destination for you, else you should pursue it from India.
If planning to pursue from abroad, you will have to take 2 tests i.e, GMAT and TOEFL. If you want admission in a good university, then you must score atleast 600+ in the GMAT and atleast 100 in the TOEFL.

Java is pure development line and CCNA will give u the knowledge of WAN where programming skills doesn't require. Both r totally different kind of line. r u confidant in any of the Server Side Operating System?

if u want to enhance ur career and knowledge as well why don't u choose RHCE. cos most of the Servers r running on Linux and then u opt CCNA u will be having career in only Network line. Cos Knowing LAN then u know about WAN will give u more advantage.
After CCNA u will be only a network person. if u do RHCE then u can opt System Admin or Network Admin or Security Admin as well. if u have Database knowledge then u can be DBA as well the combination of RHCE+CCNA+MCSE will be good cos CCNA is 80% theory and 20% practical and RHCE is 100% practical. After completing RHCE u will feel a lot of confidence as well.
