If you wish to make your career specifically in the field of pharmacy sector only in the case pursuing MBA in pharmaceuticals management would be the best best option for your.
However, if you wish to keep your scope open on other sector as well in then case pursuing general MBA program would be the best option for you.
In order to pursue MBA you need to be graduate in any field with atleast 50% marks in graduation, plus you need to take various management entrance test like CAT, MAT, XAT, SNAP, etc.

Generally, transfer is possible in the first year and that too within the university from one college to another.
