Please note that the American universities do not award or recognize the MBBS.
In the US medical studies are only done at the graduate level. Undergraduate students complete BS degrees in chemistry, biochemsitry, biology or other science related fields, then take a difficult examination, the MCAT, and apply for admission to Medical schools that require four years of graduate study and award the MD or DO degree.
Admission to medical school is very competitive - you must have a 3.6 / 4.0 or better average in a series of difficult science courses to be admitted.
Also there are very few scholarships for medical students, so most students must pay the fees, which can be $50,000 USD per year or more for each of the four years.
Besides US you may consider pursuing MBBS from:
- Russia.
- China.
- Ukraine.

Aerospace engineering is sometimes also knows as rocket science but Aerospace engineering is that branch of sciences which deals with the study and creation of new aircraft and spacecraft. Aerospace engineering is actually further divided into two broad categories namely : aeronautical engineering and astronautical engineering. If You miss the chance to fill Jee(Main)-2014 there is no other option you have to wait till next year for Jee(Main).
There are also some other entrance examination in India if you want you apply those , there are also some university which provide direct admission on the basis of your 10+2 marks.
Apply For COMEDK UGET:
COMEDK UGET 2014 is the entrance exam conducted by the Consortium of Medical Engineering and Dental Colleges of Karnataka for admissions to the various engineering and medical degree undergraduate courses across the institutes affiliated to it.
Eligibility: Candidates must have passed 10+2 or 2nd PUC from any recognized university or Board in the country.
Candidates must have studied Physics, Chemistry and Math’s and obtained a minimum aggregate score of 45%. (40% for SC/ST)
Physics and Math’s should be the compulsory subjects along with any one of the following optional subjects- Chemistry, Biology or Biotechnology
