you have to decide which country you want to do. For aeronautical engineering you try in Ireland or in UK. You do get BE hons that is inclusive of one year internship. if you have practical experience only you can write EASA. exams and become certified aeronautical engineer.

It is really tough to directly comment any institute best or not or answer which is the best institute in a city or country , especially for domains like animation and VFX or gaming where many institutes offer many types of courses for different duration for the almost all the same pipeline .
We need to see the content of the course , duration, cost , infra, earlier students outputs and skill developed , in-time course completion record , certification process & delivery of certificate in time etc.
Also Same Brand has different centers and branches and fortunately/unfortunately all does not perform the same . Some centers are doing great

Sorry to say but you haven't cleared JEE Mains required cutoff. So there is no way to get admission in a good institute. You may get admission in any private college on the basis of 12th percentage.

This is Good time for preparation of CLAT' 2017 ,It better if you join a Coaching Centre for Law entrance exam because of good base in subjects which coming in CLAT like Legal Study, Reasoning, Mathematics,English and G.K. For English you know start doing self study and read a lot paragraph in English which help you to built Vocabulary which is very necessary to crack Clat exam.
