IIMs are the best mba institutes. Besides IIMs, xlri, spjimr, jbims, isb, syndenham, fms(delhi), iift, imt, mdi, kjsomaiya , l.n.welingkar, jaipuria, imi, iibs, fore, itm are to name a few top notches. MBA/PGDM both are same. U may go for any of the two. All the best

You have a host of options. You can choose to do a certificate course or a Diploma. Or, you can take up Bachelors in travel and tourism. 10+2 and an entrance exam would be the most basic gateway for the Bachelors. One suggestion is, when you do the Bachelors also use networking skills to find an internship too. It stands out in the crowd when you later apply for jobs.
