Hi,
Since passing class XII is compulsory, some private colleges can consider provisional admission provided you clear your compartment exam.I suggest that you contact the colleges that you have mentioned and ask them directly whether you will get admission after clearing the compartment exam.
Good Luck

Hi Urvashi,
No doubt 90 percent is a good score. But, at the same time, it also depends on course you wish to apply for as the cut-off differs from one course to another. Also, there are various courses which might require entrance exam so, it would be advisable to contact the institute officials directly for specific eligibility and admission details.

Hi Shruti,
It would be difficult to give you any concrete list of colleges in a specific area like Mathura, but you can check with Aligarh Muslim University for Economics (Hons).
Hope this will be of help. Feel free to put up more queries. In case your query is resolved please close this query by rating it as a "Best Answer" or giving "Thumbs up"

Your admission is regardless of your TYBSc degree and depends on your 12th result (you should have more than 50% in PCB) and your entrance examination marks.
If your want admission for this year 2012-2013 and you haven't appeared for any entrance exams, you should opt for those universities that do not require you to appear for any entrance exam.

It would be unfair to comment whether an institute is good for a course, let me help you with a few parameters to make the judgement on your own. Before joining an institute, you can keep the following points in mind:

-Academic experience of the faculty
-Placements of the students particularly those who opted for your choice of specialization
-Alumni feedback
-If possible, visit the campus and talk to the current students for a feedback
