Hi Priya, both PGDM and MBA are professional courses. On my opinion PGDM course is much better than MBA because PGDM will prepare graduates for senior level positions in the corporate world. PGDM courses gives you a better practical exposure to business world . If you do specialization in Finance, Human Resources and Marketing etc, you can aspire to make career in these fields as Managers. There are lot of career growth opportunities in these fields in IT as well as manufacturing sectors.
