33% is too low a score to secure a seat in a reputed college and course. It's unfortunate that you have not secured the bare minimum to be able to apply to a full-time programme.
I suggest either you fill the improvement exam or choose to re-appear your 12th so that you may set a firm foundation and then decide what course and curriculum you are interested in. According to our Admission guidelines:
A candidate must hold a Bachelor's Degree, with at least 50% marks or equivalent CGPA (45% in case of the candidates belonging to Scheduled Caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST) and Differently Abled (DA)
So, if you belong to the general category then anything below 50% will not be considered eligible and in case you belong to any of the above mentioned categories then the same is 45%.
