BA in mass communication does not have any subject related to political science but a person having knowledge of political science will surely have an edge over other candidates pursuing the same program. I advise you to start taking music classes from a well-known /reputed Music Professional. Enhance your singing skills, learn as much as you can. Try in competitions, leave your voice with videos online. Do your branding. Sing and practice a lot. Try and get your at least one video song made and spread it all over.

If you have cleared your BCA, then you can pursue BCA. As you have 6 subjects in your +2, then I am assuming that you have cleared up your +2. If you have failed in Maths or English, then you might not be able to pursue BCA. It is highly advised that you give an improvement exam in order to clear your failed subject.

DTU and NSIT are the top most engineering colleges of india. So, you can go with any of them. But, considering mechanical engineeing, DTU is bit more better than NSIT.
