See there is no significant difference between the program like PGDM( financial service) is a program in which 1 of your specialization is freezer that is financial services whereas in general PGDM you are free to choose any of your specialization in 2nd year (like HR, finance, marketing, retail, international business, IT etc) but if you are keen towards finance, than PGDM(FS) is the course for you else if you want to give a spell to yourself in choosing between specialization by going through all the subjects taught in the 1st year then PGDM general. But in PGDM(FS) even all the course curriculum are the same there lies no difference just the difference is 1 of your specialization pre-decided by you. In terms of placements, there is no difference as we have dual specialization policy you can opt and you are free to opt for any company in relation to your specialization. All the best!
