The question itself is contradictory. Can a 4 star hotel be as good as a 5 star hotel like Taj or Marriott? The answer is obviously no. Better the ranking of an institute better is the salary and job placement prospects. A tier 3 institute manages to get rank up to 70 and beyond that such institute lacks placement and may be quality also so comparison cannot happen between two.

This university is still developing. The faculty they are providing has an average performance. You can't find them to teach out of the books. Labs are at its best. Placements have up and downs. I will advise you to choose this university when you will not get admission into any other better university.

Sorry but your rank is too high in JEE paper 2 because above 300 marks are considered for admission in B.Arch in NITs or government colleges. So, there is no NIT available for you, so you should try for private colleges.
