According to your question, it looks like you want everything quick and fast. Well, chemical engineering is a good option. While applying for private institute you have yo be careful have a research regarding placement. If you get selected in campus interview then there is no need for you to run here and there for a job. In case you don't get placed then you have options like Reliance, Asian paints, IOCL, Shell, Total, Petrobras, etc. You have to apply on your own which is a bit long process. Instead of government, I believe that you must try with privately or jointly run medical colleges. Though the privately run colleges have quite a high fee, starting from 4 lacs P.A (tuition fees) in a common scenario. There are a few non-government medical colleges in West Bengal. You may still try for them.

Hi there,
12th board marks are not considered in ComedK and as you have secured 105 marks in ComedK exam, you can get admission in BMS in core branches, but getting RV, Ramaiah & PES is not possible (you can even try your luck during the online counselling process).
