For becoming a commercial pilot, there is a specific eligibility criteria, which you should first be aware of. This is decided on what subjects have you taken in class 12th. I am sorry but you cannot. You need to be a B.Ed to pursue M.Ed at Dibrugarh University. The minimum eligibility is a B.Ed.

Hi,
There is no concession on the basis of rank in IHMs. However, concessions are granted to economically backward SC, ST and OBC students by some of the state governments. You need to check with the government of your state whether they give scholarships to these students or not. If they provide scholarship, you can avail up to 100% concession on tuition fee. Thanks!
