Surely let your sister know about the animation course .
Know her view if she is interested in animation or not!
Compare the reputation of institutes / fee structure / course duration/ faculties reputation etc.
I would suggest you to try Bsc animation In Frameboxx , where she can have a degree also(if she is interested to join animation)
