Frankly speaking, Career change is very tough decision and for a career change it is very important that you either earn a regular degree in the field you want to move in or you have a past experience in the same field. Now, as you have 4 years of experience in telecom and you want to move in retail, it is going to be a task and short term degrees will not be of much help. The best option would be that you go for a full time MBA programme through a decent University either in Marketing or Retail or Operations. Another option could be that you do a PG Diploma and take up your first job at a little lower designation & salary structure. Once you get a job you can with your hard work & perseverance achieve success in it.
