Find below list of universities in US offering course of your interest:
1.Iowa State University.
2.University of New Haven.
3.Arizona State University.
In order to pursue MS in these universities you need ho have:
Good academic background throughout, preferably 60%.
Relevant undergraduate degree from recognized university.
GRE score of 1100-1200 plus.
TOEFL score of 80-90 plus.

yes. you can opt for law after XII science. No problem. Focus of the entrance exam is different, geared towards requirements for the degree. You need to prepare well for your Maths & Physics for engg tests. For law, you need to show your aptitude for social issues, reasoning and knowledge about legal system in limited way. make your choice carefully. they are 2 different line

In order to pursue Phd, from universities in Canada you need to first of all make a list of the universities that you aspire for, then send emails to respective course department, asking them to provide you the eligibility criteria and selection procedure for PHD students
