Hi Namrata, you will only need to give your class 12 exams. There is no additional exam to be given if you have a good percentage and the medium of instruction has been in English throughout. Else you may be required to give IELTS/TOEFL. And if you write AIEEE exam you will need to mention the score you have obtained on the application form.
MArch 31 is the deadline to apply to NUS. So make your application in advance. For anymore details you can refer the link given by Prof Garain.

Hi! Focus of the entrance exam is different, geared towards requirements for the degree. You need to prepare well for your Maths & Physics for engg tests. For law, you need to show your aptitude for social issues, reasoning and knowledge about legal system in limited way

If you can afford a full time course, join Indian institute of Mas Communication or a journalism school run by a newspaper/TV group like NDTV, etc
