It is always advisable to do a full time MBA programme through a decent B-School. However, if you are planning to do it through Distance learning then you can try with IGNOU, NMIMS, Annamalai University, and Amity University etc.
I would like to add here that it would be difficult to give you any concrete list of Institutes giving MBA in Surat or Gujarat, but as you are going for Distance learning programme you may find centers of these institutes in your area. For more information check the link below:

Almost all the Institutes will give you the study material for preparation if not the correspondence programme, like Career Launcher etc. However, few of the authors whom you can consult are: Arun sharma for Logical Reasoning and Data Interpretation, R. S. Aggarwal books for QA, Arihant for Di and Ds, Reasoning' by Galgotia & for verbal ability consult Meenakshi Upadhyay & should pick up a good dictionary & a Wren & Marten book plus read a lot of Novels & Newspapers.

MBA in Hospitality is still in budding stages so you would not find many Universities giving this specialization. However, few of the Universities which you can explore are:
