Yes, as you will turn 18 years 9 months 16 days as on Dec 31. The minimum age limit is 17 years as on December 31, of the year of admission or students belonging to all the categories. What I will suggest you fill the application form and sit for the examination, you will definitely get better scored for the same year. The max age limit is 25 years as on December 31, of the year of admission for candidates belonging to general category. It is not compulsory to have work experience for doing MBA in India. However it is always beneficial as work experience is given significant weight age during the admission process and placements by the various B-schools. So it depends upon you whether to pursue MBA as a fresher or as a working professional.

Translators are required every where. But from which language to what language is the question. From and to Hindi is generally restricted only with Govt Institutions. Jobs will be very limited. You better learn some foreign language.
