Dr. B R Ambedkar Open University, Hyderabad. It offered Degree courses in science, commerce and arts stream. If you need a BA Degree, you have to choose 2 subjects from arts stream, third subject from science/commerce stream among geology, computer applications, English literature, Hindi literature and all the core subjects of all streams.

Yes, you can crack CCNA exam after completing coaching of 6 to 12 months from a good institute. Its a network engineer certificate which is issued by CISCO. It helps a lot to you to get good networking jobs in top reputed companies like google. Only problem with this course is that, most of the networking jobs are of night shifts, its a little hard to get job in a day shift.

No, Its only depends on the university in which you are going to take admission. I never heard about TFW for B.Tech in engineering colleges. But, yes, there are scholarships on merit based & merit cum means based.

In my opinion, if you have more than 3 years of work experience, you should opt for Executive MBA. Otherwise, distance learning or online courses can be helpful but not in the near future. They will help you in your career after gaining sufficient work experience. Furthermore, give some time to yourself as well in order to analyse your area of interest before taking any decision on a course.
