After 12th arts, you can go for hospitality course. Yes, you can get a good job but you should do it from a well reputed institute & your communication skills should be good.

If you need a BA Degree, you have to choose 2 subjects from arts stream, third subject from science/commerce stream among geology, computer applications, English literature, Hindi literature and all the core subjects of all streams.

Yes, you can crack CCNA exam after completing coaching of 6 to 12 months from a good institute. Its a network engineer certificate which is issued by CISCO. It helps a lot to you to get good networking jobs in top reputed companies like google. Only problem with this course is that, most of the networking jobs are of night shifts, its a little hard to get job in a day shift.

In my opinion, if you have more than 3 years of work experience, you should opt for Executive MBA. Otherwise, distance learning or online courses can be helpful but not in the near future. They will help you in your career after gaining sufficient work experience. Furthermore, give some time to yourself as well in order to analyse your area of interest before taking any decision on a course.

You can go for MBA and take specialization in international business.
