Sections are allotted according to CGPA criteria. Like focus group, A group with the highest CGPA. It cannot be changed because it depends upon the CGPA, but if still, you have any problem which is disturbing you for that you can talk to your HOD. He/She can help in this case but provided you have valid reasons for the same.

Hello,
Deen Dayal Upadhyaya is definitely the best among these. It is ranked at 13 in India by MHRD'S NIRF 2018 while Keshav Mahavidyalaya is placed at 100, the last in the list. Other colleges have no mention in the list however. Deen Dayal definitely has a better reputation and name. Go for it!

Dyal Singh College is definitely the best among these. It is ranked at 25 All Over India by MHRD'S NIRF Rankings 2018. The rest are average. Go with Dyal as it has unmatched legacy and reputation with very good faculty and exposure that is offered to the students. It has also got GRADE 'A' by NAAC.
