Once you confirm your application you cannot apply again for cap round. If you didn't get any college in your first round, then you can go for second round. The query regarding hostel is once you get admission in a particular college, the college will provide you details regarding hostel fee.

This would depend a lot on your long term career aspirations. If you are keen on settling overseas, then Canada is a better option, as the government has flexible laws for immigration. Whereas, in UK the government laws are not so student friendly and it would be a challenge to seek employment locally there along with immigration option. Plus, there are differences I the following areas:
1. Quality of education- UK is better.
2. Fees- UK is costly.
