Yes, you can prepare for SBI and IBPS exams along with your B.Com, but were not eligible to fill the bank exams forms till you passout your B.Com. You can study at least 2 hours a day along with B.Com study.

Once you clear this entrance test, you need to look out for a guide in your subject. After this, with advise of guide, select your research topic, register by paying fees and you are on your way.

I don't think Hindi should be a specific subject to take admission in BA (Mass Comm).

For fashion technology, you do not need any coaching because the entrance exam includes only GAT, General Ability Test. Since there's no need for any drawing practice, you can pick any aptitude book and practise yourself. For current affairs and general knowledge, there are plenty of magazines and apps to refer.
