CBSE has not yet released application form. It's likely to occur by first week of December. You will get time till second week of January 2017 to fill it up online.

It will depend on the market requirements, your qualification, university reputation as it matters a lot in India, skills and talents you have. Few years of work experience in Canada will help. Exams you need to crack will depend on the job you are looking for. It also varies from company to company in India. Some might require aptitude tests.
