It depends on the field. If you want to build you career in biological agriculture, then B.Sc agriculture is very good, but if you want some technical line, then I would suggest B.Tech agriculture is very good.

Majority of the undergraduate programs are offered in German or in dual language that is both English and German. Due to the rise in international students however many programs are available which are taught in English. You must visit the university websites and check if the program you plan to study is offered in English or German. Cost of education is almost free, semester fee of 150 to 500 Euro may be charged. However you need to note that 13 years education is required to pursue Bachelors degree in Germany. You cannot apply after class 12. Please read the article here

As computer have two parts, software and hardware. There are several course for hardware and several for software. I will suggest you some software courses like BCA, CSE, IT, ethical hacking, networking, etc.

See, the only tip I'll give you is that in the paper you should first solve all the questions and then give only 1 hour to the physics. Otherwise, if you go for more than that then you might loose some marks till the end of the examination.

To clarify, at US and Canadian universities, there is no course called M.Com degree. Most of the degrees are MS (Masters of science) with business specializations. So you will find a lot of colleges offering courses like MS in Management. The other PG degree in business is MBA. So please mention which of these two options are you looking for.
