There are various Universities in Europe where you can try for MS in Finance, universities like:- London Business School , City University, University of Exeter Business School, Durham Business School, Rotterdam School of Management Erasmus University, Emlyon Business School, London School of Economics and Political Science, Tilburg University, Edhec Business School etc.

All these are well reputed and top universities
The entire course will cost you approx 80000 and in Madras, you may get fee concession as you are in defence employee.
