Hi Vikas,
I would say before taking any decision you should be clear about your own interests and career aspirations as, you would not get a chance to switch your career field. However, as you are from Science background and have a degree in Pharmacy you may get a chance to do a Masters program in areas like Biotechnology, Bioinformatics or other medicine related degrees, but being a pharmacy graduate if you plan to do a degree in information technology it seems difficult. However, you can opt for a Post Graduate diploma program in IT or Computer application.

Doing your M COM, is not going to give you, any value addition. I strongly feel, you should have written the CAT entrance exam, in November, 2010. CAT exams are held only once a year, and most of the reputed B Schools accept only CAT scores. Kindly focus on preparing for your CAT 2011 exam, and target specific B Schools, which will help you focus on your preparation.
