Scholarships are available at NTU however you have to contact the university for details as far as work is concern Foreign students are not allowed to engage in any form of employment in Singapore, whether during term time or vacation time, unless they are granted Work Pass exemption under the Employment of Foreign Manpower (Work Pass Exemptions) Notification.

The training of all the Indian Merchant Navy personnel is the responsibility of the Government of India, who work through the Ministry of Surface Transport.
