Any graduate can appear for civil services
Earlier, there was an optional paper + General studies in UPSC civil services prelims and in optional you could take subject you studied during your graduation however now it is replaced by Civil Services Aptitude Test
So now it doesn't matter what degree you do. I suggest you should do BA (Civil Services). This degree has been designed for the Civil Services Aspirant and during all three years students are prepared for Civil Services Preparation
Very few universities offer this course. They are:
1. Bharthiar University, Tamil Nadu-
