Mass Comm is a very demanding and challenging course and has a lot to offer like Journalism, advertising, PR etc. So you have got a lot of options in Mass Comm to choose a specialization. But as a friend I would suggest you to think about the decision again because you are pursuing B.Com and after that Mass Comm will be totally different and you have to start from scratch, rather you can do MBA, CA, CFA, CWA, CS etc.
But keeping in mind your sincere interest towards Media I would suggest you to go with Advertising and PR.

If you able to get the job opportunity in UK then you may apply for the work permit however after HND you may not get the work permit . As per current rules any student who clear masters program is eligible for 2 years of work permit .

After see your experience the best option I could think for you is an EMBA program. Customer Service has two major components one is front end i.e. selling the products and the other is backend i.e. taking care of services. So, if you want to go for front-end then opt for EMBA in Sales & Marketing as your specialization and if you want to opt for backend then go for EMBA in Operations. If you dont want to go for MBA then you can even opt for a SAP program which again is quite in demand program.
