In order to prepare for IAS the minimum requirement is graduation from a recognized university and the age group is 21-30yrs. There is no university that accept a 3 year degree in Canada. Please look for some university in UK and Australia
I would also like to let you know that you should gain some work experience first and then apply for MBA as that would highly help you in getting admission in a good university.
