Hello Bhol Wol, Of course you can. Do not worry for 3 years gap after 12th. The universities or Institutions abroad are quite understanding for such different gaps. It is to be noted however that the Institutions abroad have a totally different set of criteria for admitting students. Unlike Indian Institutions where Academics is the only criteria, the universities of Institutions abroad have a broad spectrum of criteria that will make you eligible for admission. The final AIR will be declared after April 2019 considering the best score out of the two JEE Mains attempts for all the applicants, hence based on current percentile we cannot predict whether you will qualify for IIIT, Delhi or not. Wait for the final AIR declaration.
