That depends on which type of course you want to pursue , if you want to opt for Btech CS then may opt for JEE, BITS and VIT entrance exams and if you want to opt for BCA every university and college conducts there own examination and some even admit students on % in class 12th

AICTE approval gives authentication to your degree. in simple words, if the college ceases to exist after years, your degree would still be valid, and with equal importance. Non-AICTE approved colleges come with the authentication risk and lower probability of employment

The Maharashtra Public Service Commission (MPSC) conducts exams for the recruitment of candidates to various posts in the Maharashtra Government.

Your percentile is low. Still you have chance because 80% weightage given to the GD-PI. You have to be very good in GD-PI process to convert the call.
