Heriot -watt has British while BITS Pilani has Indian teaching methods.Your learning would depend on your learning style as much as various learning opportunities offered by institutes. For example,do you learn only the solutions of problems or do you focus on learning the rationale /reason/logic behind solving questions.
It would be better to contact the college officials about the teaching methodology(case studies/Virtual class rooms/technologically aided learning etc.) ,academic background and experience of the faculty of your desired course.

Pursuing MBA abroad is a good option, however please remember in order to pursue MBA from good universities abroad you need to have atleast 3-4 years of full time work experience after graduation.Though there are some universities which do offer MBA degree to students with no work experience, but it is always advisable not to pursue MBA from those universities.
So it would be always advisable to work for 3-4 years after graduation and then pursue MBA from good universities abroad.
