Are you selected in SIM? If so, you are fortunate, as you are getting an opportunity of earning and learning from top company and top institute. Integrated degree mentions UG+PG and is fully recognized for further Ph.D. which is quite far for you. In any case after being in industry, you will not require to pursue Ph.D. unless you want to switch to academic/education sector.

Dear Ravi, its ok not to pursue further studies as majority of jobs are available based on graduation. If you have interest for web designing then HTML, JAVAscript, PHP and ASP are required to be learnt and good skill is to be developed. For application programming, C++ along with JAVA(front end) and Oracle (back end) or DotNet(front end) and MySQL(back end) skills have to be developed. As far career prospects are concerned, both field have equal opportunities, only question is how good are you and how much depth have you developed in the chosen area.
