There is no difference, if you pursue BE or B.Sc. because the required eligibility criteria for most of government jobs is graduation.
Yes, there will be difference in terms of:
Time duration - B.Sc takes only 3 years where BE or B.Tech takes 4 years' time to be completed.
Money - B.Sc can be completed with low fee, where B.Tech course fee is high in comparison.

1. TIME - seems to have the most stable setup of teachers over the years, has the best material without doubt, and their test series is pretty decent.
2. IMS - Had the best material but kept on beating itself, the material became so difficult, it surpassed the required level. Same with the test series. IMS Lucknow faculty has been undergoing cycles of good and bad, lacks stability.
3. Career Launcher - Change of franchisee, change of locations, completely unstable. Also, poor material and poorer test series.
4. Team Satyam - Big balloon of gas.
5. PT, AMS - I don't know how do they remain in business

Hi Akhil,
You may not get a very high ranked college but yes a good college can happen. You may pursue a courses related to your background. You have to know your interests and career aspirations while choosing. Bachelor degree in Biology, Agriculture, Nursing, Health Science, Physiotherapy, Food and Dietics, Environmental Science, Horticulture, etc. You can check colleges like Durham, Humber, George Brown, Fleming etc. All the best. History- Spectrum modern history And for better understanding grover and belhekar is good in marathi.
Bipinchandra indias struggle for independance(This book is bulky and for pre 2016 time is less) This is also available in marathi.
Indian Polity-Laxmikant is compulsory and for parliamentary bills you can refer PRS india.DD basu is available in marathi.
Economics-questions were not in depth you can read Ramesh singh or sanjeev varma but not both are required.Most of the time Questions were asked from current affairs.Deepsthambh is good for conceptual cleariry in marathi .
