According to me, Diploma is the best because in class 11th and class 12th, you will study chemistry and other subjects. But, in Diploma your basics will be clear and you can get admission in B.Tech through lateral entry.

Hello Dear, You have just completed 12th. You will have to go for graduation. So, don't make a time table for UPSC now. Whenever you get some time, do revise all the topics of History, Geography, Political Science that you have read in your school. Now come to the current affairs section. Do read some newspaper, read the important exam oriented issues. This will definitely help you to score a good mark in UPSC.

Scholarships are awarded by ets.org the administrator of TOEFL. These are mainly given to students studying in US and on family income. It is also very difficult to locate any such organisation because it is rare. Scholarships are generally given to study and not to take an exam. But you can communicate with Fullbright Commission and US Embassy for financial help.

No, they don't. Regular MBA and PGDM courses add more value to your profile. However, if you are a working professional then you can definitely go for distance MBA or more, preferably Executive MBA. If you are a student looking forward to do MBA or PGDM they you should primarily look forward to doing regular MBA.
