NITs are good but not all the NITs. There are a few which top the list of NITs like Trichy, Warangal, etc. Studying there is good. But, if you don't get a seat over there then opt for private universities. Fee structure will be high but you can learn and explore a lot.
If you have cleared JEE Mains, then you try to score well in JEE Advanced.

It is possible to get CSE or biotechnology at VIT-Vellore but you can get only under category 2,3,4 or 5 if you will be called earlier, you can easily get a seat but you might have to pay a little more fee if you don't get admission in category 1.
You can surely get admission, but not under category 1. If you have luck, you may get admission in category 1.

For MBA abroad, you must hold a Bachelor's degree and gain some work experience after completing your degree. Atleast 2 to 3 years work experience is required. You must also take your GMAT or GRE and TOEFL or IELTS. Universities can admit freshers if the candidate's profile is brilliant. You can also go for MS Management if no work exp.
