It would be unfair to comment whether an institute is good for a course,let me help you with a few parameters to make the judgement on your own.Before joining an institute,you can keep the following points in mind:
-Whether the institute offers recognized/approved programs/accreditation
-Academic experience of the faculty
-Placements of the students particularly those who opted for your choice of specialization
-Alumni feedback
-If possible,visit the campus and talk to the current students for a feedback

Never let a teacher judge your ability by your marks. Join a good university and a professional mass communication course with placement opportunity.
Manipal, Nitte, EFLU, Osmania, SIMC are good in masscomm. Check the fees, ask about scholarships also and join any of these universities.

Hi,
Yes you can provided you doing it from a recognized body. For ex:- National Institute of Open Schooling, which is recognised by the Central Government is equivallent to any other board of education.
Also indivuduals from NIOS are definitely eligible to write any entrance exam and opt for their field of interest.

You must think, Before speaking , what are your saying & writing ? Now a days many of schools and college are giving this type of facilities(Tablet PC). Both fees and facility are genuine. So, Why you shocked. (As NSJ) said- If you are really opting for any program your must call the school officials and research about advantage of the program. Simply writing may worst you.
Then go ahead and groom your career.
